Description

Mabillon is a suitcase record player that closes up, carries by its handle and opens wherever you fancy playing a record: in the living room, in a bedroom, at a friend’s place. Plug it in, put on a record and it plays straight away through its two built-in stereo speakers.

A complete suitcase record player to get started with vinyl

It plays 33, 45 and 78 rpm records in 17, 25 and 30 cm sizes. The cue lever lowers the stylus gently into the groove, a 45 rpm adapter is included, and the auto-stop, which you can switch off, stops the platter at the end of each side. Damping feet absorb vibrations for steadier playback.

Bluetooth, RCA and headphones

Bluetooth turns Mabillon into a speaker for your phone or tablet. When you want more volume, the RCA output connects it to a hi-fi system or powered speakers; the AUX input takes a player without Bluetooth, and the 3.5 mm headphone jack lets you enjoy your records without disturbing anyone.

Size and finishes

Closed, the case measures 35.1 × 27.5 × 12.4 cm. It comes in black and brown, with metal corners and catches. To give it a proper home, take a look at our record player stands.
