Data we process

We process in particular contact, order, payment, delivery, customer service, device and usage data, insofar as this is necessary for the operation of the shop or you have given your consent. Full card details are processed by the payment providers used and are not accessible to us.

Purposes and legal bases

• processing orders, payment, delivery and returns, for the performance of the contract;
• fraud prevention, security and improvement of the shop, on the basis of our legitimate interests;
• marketing only with your consent;
• retention where required by legal obligations.

Recipients and processors

Data is only shared, to the extent necessary, with the shop’s hosting provider, payment providers, carriers, analytics and marketing services, and legally authorised authorities. For technically necessary transfers outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are put in place.

Retention period

We only keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose concerned and to comply with legal retention obligations.

Your rights

In accordance with applicable data protection law, you may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, object to its processing and withdraw any consent given. To do so, write to service@sillonstudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
