Haven’t received anything?

Check your junk or spam folder too. If you can’t find a dispatch confirmation or if the status doesn’t change for a long time, email service@sillonstudio.com quoting your order number.

Delivery times

We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days; delivery usually takes 6 to 9 working days. A piece of furniture may arrive in several parcels, not always on the same day. To find out more, see our shipping policy.

On receipt

Check the parcel on receipt and report any damage within 48 hours, with photos, to service@sillonstudio.com.
