Returns and refunds

This policy applies to orders delivered anywhere we deliver: across Europe, to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The 14-day legal right of withdrawal applies to customers in the European Union; for other destinations, the 30-day right of return applies.
30-day right of return
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, without giving any reason. For customers in the European Union, this voluntary right of return is in addition to the 14-day legal right of withdrawal (see the withdrawal information below). Please return the goods complete, with all their parts and accessories.
Returning furniture
Assembled furniture must be dismantled and repacked before being returned, in its original packaging if possible.
How to make a return
Before returning an item, email us at service@sillonstudio.com quoting your order number. We’ll send you the return address and full instructions by email.
Item damaged on delivery
Check the parcel on receipt. If a parcel or part is damaged, let us know within 48 hours of receipt, with photos, at service@sillonstudio.com, quoting your order number.
Return costs
For faulty items or items sent in error, we cover the return costs. For other returns, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. We do not charge any restocking fee.
Refund
Once we receive the return, we refund the purchase price within a maximum of 7 days, using the original payment method. Your payment provider’s processing time may vary.
Legal guarantee
The 2-year legal guarantee applies. For any claim, email us at service@sillonstudio.com quoting your order number and attaching a photo or video.
Withdrawal information
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ecom Empire OÜ, Liimi tn 1b, 10621 Tallinn, Estonia, email: service@sillonstudio.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, to the return address we will give you. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
