Delivery area

We deliver across Europe, to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. By “across Europe”, we mean the countries of the European Union as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and the other European countries. Delivery terms and times are the same for all these destinations. Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT included).

Customs duties and taxes outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand…), customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country; these are payable by the recipient.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing and delivery times

We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. Transit then takes 5 to 7 working days. The total delivery time is therefore usually 6 to 9 working days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery in several parcels

A piece of furniture may be shipped in several parcels, which don’t always arrive on the same day. Wait until you have received all the parcels before starting assembly.

Furniture delivered flat-packed

Our furniture is delivered flat-packed, with assembly instructions. Assembly is not included in the delivery.

Parcel tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive the parcel tracking link by email. You can also visit our track my order page.

Checking on receipt

Check the condition of the parcel or parcels on receipt. If a parcel or part is damaged, let us know within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the parcel and the parts concerned, at service@sillonstudio.com, quoting your order number.

Public holidays or exceptional transport disruption may delay delivery.
