Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller and scope

This shop is operated by Ecom Empire OÜ (address: see the legal notice). The offer is aimed at customers with a delivery address anywhere in Europe (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland…), in the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.

2. Products and prices

Product characteristics are described on each product page. Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT included); they are final prices. The total amount displayed before the order is confirmed is binding.

3. Order and payment

By clicking the order confirmation button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email. Payment is made securely by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay; the payment methods available are shown at checkout. See our payment methods.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery is free. Delivery usually takes 6 to 9 working days. A piece of furniture may be delivered in several parcels. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country; these are payable by the recipient. Check the parcel on receipt and report any damage within 48 hours, with photos, to service@sillonstudio.com. Our shipping policy applies.

5. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal. In addition, we offer all our customers a voluntary right to return items within 30 days of delivery. Assembled furniture must be dismantled and repacked, in its original packaging if possible, before being returned. 6. Legal guarantee

The statutory guarantees apply, in particular the 2-year legal guarantee, in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.

7. Assembly and safe use

The furniture is delivered flat-packed, with instructions; assembly is not included. Follow the product description, the assembly instructions and all safety and usage instructions.

8. Intellectual property

The content and distinctive signs of the shop may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission, except where permitted by law.
